These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the services provided by Just Chill Heating and Cooling Solutions, Inc ("Just Chill," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Just Chill provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial customers within our South Florida service area.
The scope of any specific job will be described in the estimate or work order provided to you. Work outside that scope may require a separate agreement.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the conditions observable at the time of inspection; hidden or pre-existing conditions discovered during work may change the final price, and we will notify you before proceeding.
We will obtain your approval of pricing before performing billable work.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to applicable fees permitted by Florida law.
4. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you according to each manufacturer's terms. Our labor warranty, if any, will be specified on your invoice or work order.
Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, power surges, acts of nature, or work performed by others.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to honor same-day and scheduled appointments, but arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to emergencies, weather, or conditions beyond our control. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment and work areas, and to disclose any known hazards. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Chill's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Broward or Miami-Dade County, Florida.
